At AJWA IMPORTS, we strive for complete satisfaction with every fashion piece; however, if you are not entirely pleased, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the original packaging is included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your AJWA IMPORTS account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box and include the printed return authorization slip provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
